We are looking for an Admissions and Registration Supervisor to oversee the entire admissions process, including student recruitment, application processing, enrollment, and registration. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless and efficient experience for all students throughout the process. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive admissions strategy aligned with the institution’s goals for student recruitment, retention, and diversity.
Lead the development of marketing and recruitment plans to attract prospective students from diverse backgrounds and regions.
Oversee the entire admissions process, including application review, decision-making, and communication with prospective students.
Utilize data and analytics to track admissions trends, monitor application outcomes, and adjust strategies as necessary.
Oversee the registration process, ensuring it is efficient, user-friendly, and supportive of students’ academic progress.
Collaborate with academic departments and IT to ensure accurate and timely course registration, record-keeping, and reporting.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that streamline the registration process and support student success.
Led, mentored, and developed the admissions and registration teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with academic departments, financial aid, student services, and another key stakeholders to support student recruitment and retention efforts.
Serve as the primary liaison between the admissions office and external partners, including educational institutions.
Represent the institution at, recruitment events, and other public forums to promote the institution and its programs.
Oversee the management of admissions and registration data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on admissions trends, enrollment data, and other key metrics.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and improve admissions and registration processes.
Develop and implement admissions and registration policies that align with institutional goals and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with all federal, regional, and institutional regulations related to admissions, registration, and student records.
Regularly review and update policies and procedures to ensure they reflect best practices and support institutional objectives.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related area within higher education.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful admissions strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading large, diverse teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and experience using data to inform strategic decisions.
Knowledge of admissions and registration software systems.
