We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Middle Digital Strategist to join our growing digital marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of various digital marketing platforms, and experience in creating strategies that convert and engage audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Work closely with the senior digital strategist to create, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across all digital channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, etc.).
Campaign Management: Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing efforts.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to ensure digital strategies are aligned with the content roadmap, optimizing content for various channels.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data from campaigns and digital platforms using tools like Google Analytics and generate reports on the performance of digital campaigns. Use insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
Audience Targeting: Identify key target audiences and develop strategies to engage them effectively across digital platforms.
Social Media Management: Oversee and enhance the performance of social media accounts by implementing best practices and keeping up with current trends.
Budget Management: Help manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI from all digital activities.
Market Research: Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales, to ensure the consistency of the brand’s digital presence.
Innovative Thinking: Proactively suggest new ideas, platforms, and methods to improve digital strategy and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience in strategy development.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, a best practices.
Experience in paid media, organic SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is a plus.
