What you'll do
Lead all talent acquisition efforts internally and in conjunction with agencies as we grow rapidly
Work directly with C-Suite
Provide a data driven approach to HR and Talent Acquisition
Use current recruitment trends to directly impact business goals
Manage benefits, 401(k) and professional employer organization (PEO),
Collaborate with hiring managers to improve and maintain existing TA/HR efforts.
What you need:
7 + years of experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition
Experience growing teams in a fast growing company
Created onboarding, offboarding and talent development programs
Strong experience in running employer
Excellent communication skills
