​We are seeking an experienced and innovative Events Creative Director to lead the creative direction for our events. This role is pivotal in conceptualizing, planning, and executing events that celebrate and showcase the cultural and natural heritage. As the Event Creativity Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure each event is memorable, impactful, and aligned with the organization’s objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualization and Planning:

  • Develop creative event concepts that align with brand and objectives.

  • Work closely with the marketing and communication teams to integrate key messaging into event themes.

  • Research and stay updated on industry trends, ensuring events are innovative and unique.

  1. Event Design and Theming:

  • Lead the design and theming process for events, incorporating elements that reflect the diverse and vibrant culture.

  • Oversee the creation of visual materials, decorations, and set designs for each event.

  1. Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of event concepts into broader marketing strategies.

  • Liaise with external vendors, artists, and performers to bring creative concepts to life.

  • Coordinate logistics and production details with relevant teams to ensure the flawless execution of events.

  1. Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for each event, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising creativity.

  • Source and negotiate with vendors to maximize value for the company.

  1. Innovation and Trends:

  • Stay abreast of the latest event industry trends, technologies, and creative approaches.

  • Introduce innovative ideas and technologies to enhance the overall event experience.

  1. Evaluation and Reporting:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each event and conduct post-event evaluations.

  • Compile and present comprehensive reports, including insights and recommendations for future improvements.



Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a focus on creative direction.

  • Proven track record of successfully executing high-profile events.
