What you will do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that includes SEO, SEM, social media, email, referral, and other channels.
Analyze data and provide insights to optimize campaigns and drive performance.
Test and experiment with new channels, formats, and tactics to drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to improve the user experience and drive engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and technology partners.
Develop and implement strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for growth marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and bring new ideas to the table to improve performance.
Work with the content team to develop and execute a content marketing strategy that drives user engagement and loyalty.
Develop and implement a customer retention program to increase user loyalty and reduce churn.
What you will need to succeed:
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or related field.
Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through digital marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Experience managing budgets and reporting on campaign performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of growth marketing platforms, tools, and technologies.
Bachelors or advanced degree in marketing, business, or related field.
