We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Liaison Manager / Influencer Management to join our team. This role is integral to developing and executing public relations and influencer marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the company's brand reputation and visibility, particularly within the tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in media relations, influencer marketing, and crisis communication.
Key Responsibilities
Media Relations:
Develop and implement comprehensive media relations plans to generate positive media coverage.
Pitch compelling stories to journalists and editors at relevant publications.
Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
Track media coverage and analyze its impact on brand awareness and reputation.
Influencer Marketing:
Identify and engage relevant influencers to promote the company's products or services.
Develop influencer marketing campaigns aligned with the brand's goals.
Negotiate partnerships and collaborations with influencers.
Monitor and measure the performance of influencer marketing initiatives.
Crisis Communication:
Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential negative publicity.
Serve as the primary point of contact during crises.
Manage media relations and public messaging in times of crisis.
Event Management:
Coordinate and execute public relations events, including press conferences, product launches, and industry conferences.
Manage event logistics, invitations, and media coverage.
Brand Reputation Management:
Monitor online conversations and social media to identify potential brand reputation risks.
Develop strategies to address negative sentiment and protect the brand's image.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in public relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public relations or influencer marketing.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Experience with media relations, social media, and crisis communication.
Knowledge of influencer marketing best practices.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of the tourism industry and target audience.
