We are seeking a strategic SEO/SEM Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven SEO and SEM campaigns to drive organic and paid search traffic, increase website visibility, and ultimately boost conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords.

  • Optimize on-page and off-page elements to improve website ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs).

  • Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to ensure web content is SEO-friendly and attracts organic traffic.

  • Implement best practices for technical SEO to enhance website crawlability and indexability by search engines.

  • Diagnose and address technical SEO issues that may be hindering website performance.

  • Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement across SEO, SEM, and website health.

  • Manage SEM campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI) to measure campaign effectiveness.

  • Analyze data and generate actionable insights to continuously optimize SEO and SEM strategies.

  • Create and maintain SEO/SEM strategy documents.

  • Generate monthly performance reports to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.

  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms (Google Search, etc.) and ranking factors.

  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEM platform tools.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills for content optimization purposes.

  • Experience managing PPC campaigns (pay-per-click) and optimizing ad performance.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preference given to candidates with certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads.

  • Passion for staying current with the latest trends and best practices in the ever-evolving SEO/SEM landscape.
