What you will do:

Build and manage key growth channels, including paid acquisition, SEO, social media, email marketing, and referral programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
Develop and report on key growth metrics and KPIs to executive leadership.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in growth marketing.
What you will need to succeed:
10+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or related field.
Experience leading and managing high-performing growth teams.
Proven track record of driving growth and revenue at scale.
Expertise in using data and analytics to drive growth strategies and decisions.
Strong understanding of key growth channels, including paid acquisition, SEO, social media, email marketing, and referral programs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
