What you will do:
Lead development and execution of product marketing strategies that support business growth
Deep understanding of market, customer needs, preferences, and buying trends.
Lead on product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audience and differentiates our products in the market.
Create GTM strategies for new products and features, including launch plans, messaging, and content.
Collaborate cross-functionally to successfully launch new products.
Collaborate with product management to define product features and benefits that align with market needs and customer preferences.
Analyze and report on product performance including data on customer usage, market trends, and competitive activity to inform product development decisions and drive growth.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.
Develop marketing decks, data sheets, case studies, and white papers.
Work closely with sales to enable them to effectively sell our products and services through the creation of sales tools, scripts, training materials, product demos, and other resources.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including product management, sales, and customer success.
Manage and lead the product marketing team providing feedback, coaching, and creating development plans to help team members grow.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
Experience working with B2B technology products and markets and ideally AI products
Strategic thinker and creative thinking able to develop innovative campaigns that stand out
